Great post! I too am a Gen Y entrepreneur in the internet marketing world. I primarily help my clients with audio and video stuff as it relates to info products and marketing materials.

I’ve had dozens of opportunities for free consulting and coaching, have gotten to work with big name clients and have gotten all kinds of attention and free promotion largely due to my age.

I think in the online world, being young is a plus. We grew up with this technology. It was trippy when facebook and myspace started becoming as big as they are in the business world. I’ve had to learn how to balance personal and business “socializing” online which is kind of funny.

I also agree with you on the “less baggage” point. We have less bad habits to unlearn.
