I have seen business owners with enthusiasm, passion, energy and skill who set up fabulous businesses but then fail to get out there and make the sale. Sometimes this is lack of experience in sales, sometimes it is fear, sometimes it is focusing their energy in the wrong places...

No matter. No business survives without selling something.
